Day 264 – It Was Three Years Ago Today….

Three years ago today I signed up for Weight Watchers Online. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Because of Weight Watchers I’m 38 pounds lighter than I was when I started. I look better, I feel better, and objectively I may be in the best health of my life. I was able to go off of Lipitor, and I was able to run the New York City Marathon and climb the Empire State Building. I’m more confident, and people react more positively to me.

I’m glad that I made the decision to go back to Weight Watchers and that I had the fortitude to stick with it and achieve my goal. My life is much better than it was three years ago.

To commemorate the anniversary, I decided to take a picture of my Weight Watchers tattoo along with my Lifetime Membership key and the two little keys that I earned for remaining within two pounds of goal weight throughout the last couple of years.

OK, this isn’t the best picture in the world. But shooting one-handed while trying to take a photo of one’s own arm wit a dSLR camera is NOT easy!
