      Lol, I guess you got me there. Though I took the working out as part of the process of clearing my mind and ridding my body of toxins. It is so healthy for you when you get a good sweat in. Though yes I may have been pushing myself a bit to hard. Though it paid off.

      Lol, The vitamins help a lot. But I guess overall it was my determination. Determination is a weird thing, It can ruin your life or make it wonderful.

      omg its real bad to workout and all that when ur fasting. You are suppose to relax, clear your mind. Just eat healthy, please, your too young to fast.
      Please TRY to Eat as many fruits and veggies as you want. Do you like Hummus? How about peanutbutter? BrownRice? What about brown tortillas? soup? you cant say you dont like something until you have tried it
