Do you have quick weight-loss tips?
I have a pool party that I have to go to in 29 days, and I’m ridiculously out of shape. I want to be able to wear a bathing-suit without making a fool out of myself. Obviously, I have to eat right and exercise, but I was wondering if anyone had specific weight loss tips, specifically for legs and abs. Thank you so much.
Also, I’m only seventeen year old, and I don’t really want to use diet pills.

You can do a lot in 29 days. Think short-term pain for long-term gain.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly.
Good Luck.

Rapid reps with light weights at the gym can make a difference. Drink lots of water. A healthy tan will help too. Good luck!
make sure you get in a lot of cardio!! Lunges and stair climbing are good for the legs. Old fashion crunches will help with the abs. Eat a diet with mostly protein. Also get a tan. It helps hide some flaws and makes you look thinner.
Go to Self.com. They have great eating and workout tips. As far as abs go, crunches, side planks and a pilates class will do wonders!
Start a low carb type eating plan. They offer a huge advantage over most plans by being able to drop weight very quickly, and they are not as unhealthy as people would think.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
