Good weight loss exercises over a five week span?
I’d like to lose an amount of weight that would be at least somewhat noticeable within 5 weeks. At the moment I’m not able to order any workout programs, so I’ve just been using the free programs Comcast has on demand and a few old workout videos.
Can anybody recommend any other good exercises that can help?

3 sets of 30 reps youll be sore trust me and gain chest muscle also tricep muscle
fast interval running. run up hills for 20-30 mins. do 2 mins sprint n 3 mins jogging n repeat that until times up. that should get ur heart going n speed up metabolism
eat fruit 4 breakfast or protein based meal, lunch eat protein n veg n mayb fruit, dinner have a good meal.
worry more about exercise though than food. try some weight training. best for losing fat is kettlebell or olympic lifts i think, if u dont have access to these then do circuits of press ups and sits and bodyweight squats n squat thrusts for as long as u can b4 collapsing, will speed up metabolism, basically high intensity training will burn d fat fast, thats woz boxers do. in 5 weeks u only want to do one workout program, choose a routine ur gna do n stik 2 it 4 5 weeks, always push urself to go further, hard work is the key rele, if u think u sprint a bit longer then do, n if u think u can do more press ups in a minute set than u did yesterday than do dat too!
drink lots of water,lots of times ppl think there hungry wen they just need water

Running is great if you’ve got the knees for it. I weighed 360 lbs and lost 140 lbs in 6 months. Just run until you don’t think you can run anymore, and then run for about 15-20 more minutes. Just do it 5 times a week or even every day. Don’t over eat, if you do, you’ll never see results. I honestly ate pizza and taco bell pretty much every day, just don’t over eat.
