Excuse my calculation mistake! I am bad at math so i asked my brother to calculate this for me & he says I have reached 7 stone loss. It’s exactly 7 stone 14 oz.

WOW 100 pounds…That is fantastic. You act like that’s nothing….it’s wonderful. Think about all the things that are 100 lbs. and that’s what you have lost. That would make a good video. Take still pictures of a bunch of stuff that each weighs a 100 pounds and put a real cool song behind it. Cool….I can’t wait to loose some weight..Im going to do that.
It does seem alot in lbs but like you say we go off stone here. I am proud about how much i have lost but i know i have more to go and i don’t want to loose track.
In the U.S. 100 Pounds is a HUGE MILESTONE. I know you base things on stones but 100 pounds is huge and cause for a party. You have made a huge accomplishment.
