I’m a teen and I am obese. My goal this year is to create a better lifestyle for me and to help me learn about foods, exercise, and lose weight. What books, videos, and websites can help me out? Any information from you would help, too. Thanks!

same here!! lol. ive been going 2 LA fitness 5-4 days a week and exercising for up 2 one hour. if u do cardio, weight lifting, or just run/jog/walk on a tredmil then u will loose weight. ive lost 5lbs so far. i started 2 weeks a go. i hope i helped

I’ll tell you why not to try any new fads , gimicks or diets. they don’t yield permanent results. start off by seeing your doctor for a baseline physical. then a nutritionist can set you up with a meal plan that is safe for you as a teen. It will involve a healthy diet, adequate sleep and exercise. there is no shortcut. Try this link:
