While I agree with getting daily aerobic exercise, eating smaller and more frequent meals, and restricting your intake of food products with saturated fat and refined sugars I am leary of any system advocating “quick weight loss.”
The only way to achieve sustained long term weight loss is to eat healthier foods (not food products) combined with regular physical exercise. Life is a marathon ont a sprint. Most weight loss programs promising “quick” results may work in the short term but are not sustainable and most individuals will regress, or even gain weight once they go back to their old way of eating.
