    You will not lose weight by just walking… You must watch what you EAT also….
    To lose weight YOU MUST BURN MORE CALORIES THAN WHAT YOU TAKE IN !!! However you want to burn the calories is up to each person…..walking,,, going to the gym,, exercising,,, swimming,, etc.. etc,, all are burning calories…..YOUR TITLE IS VERY MISLEADING..
