Quick weight loss the best solution?


There are a lot of diet/cleanses and they can garentee weight loss… but if you are not eating for a couple days and just taking in fluids or if you are only eating like one meal a day… you’ll loos the weight, but it won’t be permenant, necessarily.

And I’m just uploading a vid to answer that a little better… Since all I did was add the grapefruit oil to my diet and I didn’t change a thing… it was deffinityely just a good cleansing kick start… and I think it’s going to be something a do a coulple weeks out of every 3-4 months, b/c it’s wonderful for your health. =)

    Are you still using grapefruit oils? Although not a crash diet by any means – how would you say that fits into this continuum? Because I know at the beginning you were losing a lot of weight. Would you say it was more of a cleansing kick-start, or is it a continuing part of your lifestyle? Just curious as to how it’s going!

    I totally agree with you. After these crash diets I usually end up eating everything in site and gain all my weight back..

    I think this is so important! I can’t count the number of times i’ve lost 10 pounds only to put on 15 the month after. I think you really need to change your mindset towards healthy eating and a lifestyle change for lasting weight loss! thanks for this vid!
