    I’m doing this video now. I’ve only been doing it a month but I’m feeling results. I haven’t seen much yet, but the number of push ups I can do has gone up exponentially and have seen an improvement in my strength in other areas. I think the rest will follow. It’s a pretty solid routine for being so short, you just need to take the time to sort out the right amount of weight for each move…they use the same dumbbells for each move…that might not be efficient for you.

    Overall I think it’s great.
