I should also add that insulin is the dominant hormone. So to lose fat you must reduce insulin. To get more of the science behind this, look up “Gary Taubes” on youtube, or read his book “Good calories, Bad Calories”. He has over 50 pages of references to scientific literature.
The video is correct, it’s just so much information in 1 minute. Especially to the average joe that doesn’t understand that fat accumulation is controlled by the hormone insulin, and insulin is created by the body in response to carbohydrate. The body creates glucagon by eating dietary protein. So by eating a high fat and high protein diet with very little insulin, your body decreases fat and gains muscle. This is how Atkins works.

Of course it´s not the same having a cup of whole chocolate milk and a donut, as eating a low fat cottage cheese and lettuce salad.

this video- while the information is accurate- didn’t really explain anything for the average person who doesn’t understand what it means to lower blood sugars, or know how to do it, etc. you also did not mention anything from HIIT to reduced fat intake (25 g healthy fats daily ONLY) to lowered carbohydrate intake (before noon) to the benefits on metabolism from exercising in the morning, to eating a vegetable-based diet and avoiding dairy etc. and on and on and on.
i went from 200 pounds to 150 pounds in 2 weeks and its so much easier then what shes saying. All you gotta do is cut down the calorie intake and whatever your eating make sure the Fat% is under 5. Do 15 minutes of cardio before your workout and work 1- 2 major muscle groups a day. Muscle burns fat faster then anything. Give it 2 months of that and i guarnetee you lose weight. Dont eat to much protein because it tends to add fat onto your body. Have a protein shake after every workout,
