what is the best weight loss supplement on the market?

I am trying to lose weight. Have been for 4 years. I am a vegetarian and i know the right things to eat. I exercise 5 days a week including cardio and weight training i still to this day havent lost over 20 lbs. And it yo-yos . i want to try something new. Please let me know thanks.

    Those supplements are a scam. Just because you are a vegetarian doesn’t mean you are eating healthy. Bottom line, if you want to lose weight, and you are already exercising, you need to adjust your calorie intake downward. Good luck.

    Alli………I lost 20lbs in 3 months. Don’t listen to what everyone says about the side effects…..with a vegetarian diet this would be perfect for you. As long as you stick to your diet there are no side effects.

    They are all expensive and a waste of time. The best way is the natural way. Eat less calories, do more exercise. If your are honestly doing both of these things on a consistent basis and you still aren’t losing any weight, get a checkup to make sure there is nothing physically wrong (like thyroid problem) that is keeping you from losing.

    And don’t believe that “cell cleansing crap”. It’s just making someone rich and is a scam.

    try water. It helps with me. Especially really cold water because it causes your body to heat up which burns calories.

    forget supplements waste of money and time real food is the answer and is proven try this for the best results good luck keep the exercise up.

    4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

    Tell you what was a great product, but our “Mommy” Government had to step in and ban it. Ephedra products such as Stacker 2 with Ephedra. Some stupid baseball player overdosed on the stuff and they banned it. When used right, it worked great.
