How do I get a dancer’s slender arms and shoulders? Any diet tips would be appreciated!?

Also want to know about kalakshetra diet..

    Most dancers look the way they do because they eat almost nothing. It’s not a good body style to emulate. Why don’t you go for something healthy like an athletic build?

    Okay, dancers do eat, that’s a promise. I take ballet three times a week, and we change our arm positions, and it gets tiring. If you really want it, try taking a dance class.

    haha..okay dancers do eat and we have healthy athletic bodies….but the only way to really get a dancers arms is to take a dance class. Thats how bodies get the way they are by dancing. Or if you want to go to a gym and maybe show them a picture of a dancer and how you want your arms they might show you excercises to do.
